Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely you can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason! Simply log in to your account and follow the instructions on the page to close your St. Somewhere Wine Club Membership.
Which shipping carrier do you use and how long does it typically take for my order to ship?
We normally ship via UPS. Orders are sent within 2 to 3 days of purchase and will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Your personal signature is not required, but the law requires that someone 21 or older with ID to verify their age must be available to sign for shipments containing wine. Because of this, many of our members prefer to ship to either a business address or a UPS store. That way someone 21+ is always there to sign for the wine.
Where Do You Ship Wine?
Do you ship to every state ?
We currently ship to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY
We’re not able to ship to the following states at the moment:
Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island and Utah
Can I have a product shipped internationally?
At this time, St. Somewhere Wine Club ships products only within the continental United States.
Delivery Address and Other Shipping Details
Should I ship to my home or work address?
We recommend that you use a business address whenever possible when shipping wine, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. Wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
What if my shipment is not successfully delivered?
Our shipping partners typically make several attempts to deliver a shipment. If your shipment needs to be rerouted to a different address for delivery, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or schedule it with UPS! With a UPS My Choice account, you can easily change the address or arrange to pick up the box at your nearest UPS Store.
If your order is undeliverable and is returned to us we will process the return and refund your card, minus shipping charges.
