Gascony is in the south-west of France, bordering northern Spain and sitting on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Full of rolling hills and great soils many of the red wines produced here are a perfect accompaniment to the hearty food. The whites, however, are better paired with lighter seafood and vegetables.
This wine is incredibly floral, powerful and unique. Strong flavors of passion fruit, mango and pineapple are balanced by the dry, crispness usually found in this type of blend.
